I can see why anyone would be pissed off about this. That's a lot of money for those folks to be essentially stealing from the public coffers...
'course, it's not stealing when you get to make the rules...which is why it stinks all the more.well done, dude....
one more thing tho...on that link, for the second time i saw something about pron flicks...maybe you have to be a local to understand the connection, but wtf?...was there something in the news about them renting pron movies, or the husband watching em?...whats up with that, and how is it that the money for pron is coming out of the public purse?...just curious...
