Thank you both Shellie and Derek. Although I appreciate the enthusiasm from Derek, I am a month into my internship and I am seeing all the things that I could not handle, or at least handle properly, especially the first time around.
I do agree with Derek that young minds come up with some great ideas. Although I am 23. I am on my way out in the fresh young minds category.
