  Self criticism:
  procrastination
  over-editing my own ideas
  disorganization
  horrible attention span, drag my heels on projects that aren't mentally engaging for me

  The good that comes with the bad:
  excel under a deadline (even if it means going w/o sleep)
  obsessively detailed
  hyper-intuitive conceptual and spatial sense
  ability to tune out the entire world for hours on end when I'm fully absorbed in work
