  I understand that in order to further the "exit strategy" additional forces may be needed, I get that. But I don't get how Obama plans to half the deficit by the end of his first term as he plans. All he seems to be doing is spending more and more money. Plus, wasn't a big part of the deficit reduction supposed to come from Iraq troop withdrawals?
