Go to File -> Import, then choose your .wav formatted file. Then look for Properties either at the bottom of your screen or in Window menu option. Then you will see SOUND, chose the sound you want to use and then you can actually edit the actual frequency (I wouldn't advise this) or you can set the number of time you want it to loop, you can also use AS code to make it loop infinity/randomly, etc.
