While I do not want to marginalise the opinions/beliefs of anyone on here, I find it, personally, unsatisfactory to lock into any one belief system in regard to something that no-one can ever know. It’s like making a life-long bet on something of which the result is never revealed. I prefer to spend my time researching and pondering all of the possibilities and gleaning from that a way in which to live the life that we know does exist. For me the idea of doing unto others as you would have done to yourself stands way above an other idea, and what happens after is somewhat less relevant than that.
