my lunch was better than your lunch.
Pan fried NY Strip topped with homemade Bordelaise sauce, baked sweet potato and a classic Wedge Salad using thick cut local bacon and Heirloom tomatoes. And when I say "homemade Bordelaise sauce" I mean truly homemade. I spent 12 hours last sunday making beef stock, then I spent 2 hours on monday slowly reducing some of that stock into delicious demi glace. I have just enough room in my belly for another glass of wine.
