    I furtively look anywhere but at attractive women on public transport, pointedly starting just above their heads while wringing my hands, or striking up manic random conversations with whoever is sitting next to me, frequently getting off the train at the next stop while muttering my safe words to myself under my breath. Over and over and over again.
