Much better than the previous version!
Just a couple suggestions. I'm not a big fan of the stock photo at the bottom of the page. It might make your mockup look a little nicer, but what 's the point? I think you should stick to what you need on the page to be functional.
Kill the reflections onthe names. And the items in the top right hand nav look weirdly spaced out - it looks like you're trying to follow the grid, but there's too much space between them.
