The market is horrible in Amsterdam, but it is improving lately.
The webdesign market is in worse shape than the advertising market, so I would suggest to look into that direction as well.
There are some vacancies at:
http://180bv.nl180 is one of the best advertising agency's in Amsterdam at the moment. But highly competitive.
