I think the small size of the tagline will give you grief at business card size. I'd track out the name a bit more, and make Vietnamese Ice Cream about a point size bigger. Don't track it in any further, though. I would, however, tighten the space between words—you could take out almost half of those spaces and still read three words there. Right now I see holes.
