^^ From 9500 to where it is now, certainly is Obama's fault. Every time he opens his mouth, the market tanks. The market clearly hates what's going on right now.
BTW, what happened to his promise of disallowing earmarks in the bills that he signs??? Either he VETOS the current omnibus bill, or he is a STRAIGHT-UP LIAR. Refute that DrB.
