  I'm REALLY not a fan of the trend of displaying all your portfolio work in a series of boring links (with maybe a hover background if you're feeling kicky)... it just doesn't have visual appeal... it looks like 'my first website' --circa 1995

  It may say "cutting edge" to those on the cusp of interactive design, but to me, and probably a lot of people who would be reviewing your work to hire you, it looks 'un-designed'... like you just threw it together and couldn't be bothered with presentation.

  As a result, I closed the page before even looking at your work... not a good reaction.
