  monNom - I worked with attorneys a couple years ago who thought a CD-Rom of PDF's was just the most brilliant thing they could possibly give to clients. Not only that, the navigation of what they were trying to show to people was INSIDE the PDF. It was a nightmare. I didn't work on it other than doing some testing, but it was just the most backwards, inefficient way to do something.

  Not only that, they wanted hundreds created to have in supply, but totally disregarded the fact that if they changed group attorneys, the tray cards and inserts would have to be updated. My God it was unreal, and they expected a quick turnaround for those kinds of changes.

  I constantly suggested that we start building web sites or extranets instead of the cd rom, or at least build stand-alone sites for the CD Rom.
