  it's creeping....

  So I go to lunch to get some Pho to go. Sitting at the light and I see a spectacle to behold. It was a man with a sandwich board that read " I NEED WORK - Masters Degree - Project Manager ,Data Base systems, etc etc " He looked to be about 45 and wearing a $500 dollar suit.

  You normally don't see this in the La Jolla parts. Was a weird scene.
