I agree with you gramme. I do think The light and medium weights of Din in caps are nice, for setting headlines and small pieces of text, however the lc are quite ugly (but not in an akzidenz way which just has buckets of character). Its awkward to set large blocks of text in din and its quite characterless and utilitarian. But then again, it was designed for use in signage, not setting large amounts of text.
- I still like apex though, quirky.ian
- apex is nice, especially since they've fixed their first releasejimbojones
- jimbo, I think it's interesting that you like Apex, but not Gotham. Apex is not well drawn imho.gramme
