I disagree with the creative circle recommend.
They lied to me on two occasions about the terms contained in their contract and tried to rush me to sign it. I've also heard they fluff their posted job pay grades listed on other job sites. I also found the terms in their contract to be loosely defined which was suspect to interpretations.I just haven't heard of any respectable professional walk away with a positive impression of them.
I think you are much better off asking around and getting an individual head-hunter to work with vs. signing on with a recruitment agency that is that large.
- I should also add, that I did not sign on with them, I refused to sign the contract given their terms. So this isn't a salty impression because I was burned.myoldredhat
