    sorry also you're resume makes you come across as a studio guy. Which is fine, but if you were asking to be an AD it doesnt add up. Look at your portfolio, your background and how you describe it, and your expectations. I help hire across all our offices and I wouldn't look twice. sorry to be harsh, but Wales just beat us and I've had 4 stellas.

    In this market you have t be so clear about what you are and where you may fit in.
    Y&R are wicked, but maybe drop one job role from your CV. AD at Y&R will open doors, but if you've progessed form production artist, it maybe will be looked down upon.
