  I've got a macbook with applecare that I want to sell, only it developed strange white spots on the screen. I thought I'd get that fixed first.
  I actually used mactivate some 2-3 years ago and they sent me a courier within warranty. Now they say I can either drop in or they can courier it for me for €30. Bastards!

  Typetec, mactivate and dectek are listed as repair centres on apple's website. I'll give typetec a try then.
