maybe it's because, as i found out last night while in circuit city, they employ a bunch of half-assed don't know my ass from a hole in the ground zit faced retards who in the course of 10 minutes standing there while looking at external cd burners, dropped not one... but two unopened computers, still in the box, from the second shelf stock. morons. and you wonder why they came back broken.
