Its so easy to sit down in front of a camera and start talking about how everything that was not produced by you sucks metallic balls.

Pricing has nothing to do with talent, is just plain business, who ever convinced a client to pay 15 grand for a logo is a better business man than anyone charging $800 to $1500 as simple as that.

did the client liked the job? then mission accomplished, move on to the next project. Even if every single designer designed for designers instead of having the client or the target audience in mind, it would probably be as easy to sit down in front of a camera and talk about how everyone else's work lacks of communicating to the masses that might not know (or pay attention) to details designers do.

In the end, as much as we back our work with a strong concepts, there is always going to be someone that won't get it, even if you designed it perfectly, you can't please everyone period.

I think its a more positive thing to find about what designers are doing to push the envelope, compostable or multiple use packaging, how can you design products that avoid landfills etc.
