    I'm currently enjoying a classic Danish dish named "Brændende Kærlighed" (Burning Love). Typically prepared with generous amounts of bacon, softly roasted onions, pickled beets, diced ham, and a touch of chives - the Danish take on mashed potatoes is about as healthy as a deep fried peanut butter-and-banana sandwich ... and is guaranteed to make anyone's heart burn too fast for its own good.
