I'm sorry about your situation, but share the sentiment with the majority here. If you're sensing this company going down, you want out regardless, and there's a package on the table now - then go for it. Take your 90 days to get focused and sharp. It is a tremendous advantage over people being forced to finding something right away (meaning people being laid off without any compensation).
