^ That's what he wants (honestly). But the city was supposed to buy it (had agreed to), and have repeatedly failed to actually provide the required funds.
He doesn't NEED the money right now or anything, so he's not going to do anything 'stupid' or rushed with it.
But the property is, as I'm sure you can imagine, worth quite a bit of money, so he'll have to decide on what to do with it eventually.
