  Seriously though, if he owns the land he should do one deal, and only one deal to let someone obliterate the sign with a crass advertising hoarding for just one month. It would be worth a bloody fortune in the primary and the lead-off media coverage so he would coin it in. The scandal would take the ad around the world and into every home overnight. If he donated the opportnity for free to a charity or a plight it would be great.

  The second thing this would do would be to shock the city of LA into realising that they better own this land to prevent their landmark being fucked about with future.
