    The only reason I'm with them is the NT discount. At this point, though, I'd gladly pay a little more to be with someone that is competent. I paid for the next two years just last month, however, and I'm not confident that they will credit me properly. Has anyone else canceled recently?

    I might try calling up another day this week and seeing if I can speak to someone who actually gives a damn about customer service. Otherwise, their reluctance to credit me a couple of dollars is going to cost them exponentially more than that.
