i agree good parenting is very subjective, but i think im speaking about this particular case, which is a rather extreme case. its hard to imagine a good parent giving their child access to a .22 caliber rifle and ammunition and not even being aware that theyre out shooting at other people. 2 things right there that are examples of bad parenting.
i agree that peers are the number 1 influence. but i had peers that told me to jump off a bridge (figuratively), but i didnt do it because somewhere growing up i was taught that jumping off bridges would be stupid.
