  blaming parents is certainly not a cop out. who else is to blame for not teaching a child the difference between right and wrong. sure the kids themseves are to blame first and foremost, but theres a certain age when children are able to make correct decisions, and before they reach that age, their upbringing should be monitored by their parents.
  if you dont think parents should be blamed for this sort of behavior, then id hate to meet your kids.
