    People will always want to blame something or someone. That's where religion is so convenient. And here in the US, religion and guns go hand and hand.
    It is, most likely, due to their lives, but as Columbine showed us, being poor or neglected is not necessarily prerequisites. There are a multitude of reasons why things like this happen.

    While I would never suggest that people should use anything as an excuse, especially when violence is involved, but I don't think anyone one can deny that movies and video games give kids ideas. The accessibility of guns is also a factor, but they are a fundamental part of our country and won't be going away in my lifetime.
