Chossy, my car is parked onstreet in the city centre.

i'm paranoid enough about my wee roadster sitting there in the evenings because its such a rare little car and grabs peoples attention.

this was why i was considering the C2 VTS / Swift Sport / Twingo GT etc ... sporty wee fun cars but popular cars so wouldnt stand out shouting "look at me" in the street.
although the mini is flashy, they are pretty much commonplace these days so wouldnt necessarily grab some pissed c*nts attention as he's walking home and decide to steal bumper plastic clips for a laugh or aerial or decide to run his keys up it (not had the latter done tho).

Another reason for going for this particular mini was that it is showroom condition yet is more of a bargain than I could get any of the other cars id been looking at - plus with FAR more power and build quality .... really, id have deserved a punching if i turned it down.

If I stayed in suburbia or had a drive/garage then yes of course id have a crazy TVR or Lotus or something like that.

Horp, certainly is bad crack with BMW and Longbridge Rover which probably more rings true with you as you live around there and have seen the effects of the shutdown and the unemployment.
Pretty sure that most car manufacturers f*ck people over in some way or an other though, whether presently or in the past.
    It's business!
People will get things made where they can do so for the least money.

Call centres are coming back to the UK now because the pound is so shite against foreign currencies. It is costing call centres MORE to pay some guy in India to answer the phones than it costs someone in the UK to do the same these days.
