Sorry, but I feel if you're just one person I wouldn't use the term team to describe yourself.
Once you get into the portfolio section everything is pretty straight forward and I like that. Nice and simple. To the point.
And one other suggestion, I'd get rid of the "holding page" when you click on "portfolio." I think you should display the first work in your list once the viewer clicks on "portfolio."
