I believe that is a photo of my father, taken by the british prime minister somewhere in 1972, the location is correct, Egypt.
The little "crack" seen in the middle pyramid tells us that he was in front of the Pyramid of Khafre, on the north east wall, as indicated by the sun position. The shadow of my father tells us it was around 6:30 am during the summer or 8:30 am during winter, I'm going to guess the second since my father is wearing his Eddie Bauer Jacket.
