Sadly, all agencies are messed up. I wish someone would create a new model by which both the Art Director was also the account person and the client contact and cut out the strategist, account sup., ae, and assistant ae. that would cut out lot's of fat for a client and get them a much more creative project. But alas, it's only a dream...
