unless your buttons are absolutely fucking indisputably divinely touched beauty then I dont think people will pay, people who wear buttons/badges do it to affiliate themselves with some kind of movement (music/politics or something that shows they are part of a group), its either that or something controversial/funny like a porn shot or something. I cant see people wearing a badge for someones website.
If they were in a store you would stand a chance of an impulse buy but not on via a site I dont think.
