overall, i like the design.
i would edit the 2 paragraphs (in the top of each column) down to 1, and make the bullet points a little larger.
also, if their clients are typically high-end home owners, i wouldn't change the design -- but if they target average families, it looks over designed. This add makes Chores-End look like they would charge A LOT more than the average handyman.
