    if you're really serious you have to find the right zoned building. hook up with a real estate agent that knows the area and go from there.

    finding the proper sized building in the condition you want, zoned how you want is very very difficult (if you're actually serious about this)

    i've done the legwork locally (not seattle), and have only found 2-3 buildings in the my city worth converting and available.

    • Dallas, texas has a ton of those buildings.

    • also try asking in the craigslist forums for seattle, but you'll probably get a response similar to the one i gavesublocked
