depends on what you want to do, how much time you want to invest in learning and how much money you wanna make.
3d and video effects take longer to learn and master but pay better, however finding gigs is more difficult.
flash and actionscript2.0 can be learned and mastered in a few weeks of dedicated study, it's easier to find jobs but you don't get paid as much as real animation/editing.
