  Take a holiday before you quit.

  Seriously.... it gives you time to clear your head and discuss with mates/partner/family.

  Be preped for the worst.... but use that damn holiday up...

  • Yeah, I have about 6 weeks owing to me, so yeah, I think I'll take them and start looking, if it looks bleak then I'll just turn up for work after that. Oh, I might start taking some sick leave first, they owe me heaps, I've been a damn good employee! lol :DBrainiac
  • most companies in Oz are forcing employees to use up their leave just in case recession hits. I agree, use it :)toe_knee
  • in the uk you are only eligible to take what you have worked. i.e for every month worked you get 2.25 days hol. you go over thatDancer
