i didnt bother reading the whole thread.
probably some one allready said it but.
your question makes no sense, it almost sounds like a joke.what tf! aside from programming? since when a designer needs programming?
your question should be like this.
Aside from Type, color theory , etc..., what skillset is essential for a designer? cooking? bartending?
