This may sound weird, but try to get a little more vitamin D in your diet. It calms you down. I had an endocrinologist who told me to take these really strong vitamin D pills because of the stress I was under. I could only take a quarter of the dosage unless I wanted to be totally knocked out. Maybe vitamin D will calm you enough to not worry so much.
