heres what i do, and im starting to feel pretty darn good most days, and didn't use to:
No coffee (drink tea)
Excercise 3 days a week, Run a bit, lift a bit.
Get outside once a day, sunlight and fresh air is a good boost.
Snack, eat 5 times a day but small amounts.
Take fish oil (or krill oil)
Take an antioxidant while you are at it.
Think happy thoughts.
