I read it and yeah cool... he kept the conversation going. Good critique. Branding not there... blah... Look of the site not syncing with the stores... blah...
The main deal is the look of the site is really the first problem but mainly its the structure and the ability to know that what you are looking at is all that they have.
The other point really is that people jock sites like they originally had and thats lame. The moving windows around shit was terrible. I dont remember it all that well but there were these little parts that were too techy for Moms and shit. Yeah there may be techy people out there that shop but always remember that there are quite a few rich people in the backwoods that would still like to buy your stuff... so start at the bottom. Or just go balls out like they did originally and expect to see sales slow.
