explaining getting fired to possible new job?

In response to cannonball: I got fired because a) our boss made a boo boo and went over on her budget making her look at things that werent a problem before like being 2-3 minutes late like maybe twice in 3 months when I'm pretty much the first person in our building at 8am or like being seen wearing a t-shirt on jeans Friday instead of wearing a polo shirt, which then resulted in a minor write-up....which i had to sign. Then a week later I came in with my portable harddrive and copied all my work onto it(which is what i usually do once a week) just so i have a back up and what not, and not even 2 hours later i get called down to a room where I met with my director, HR lady, and a lawyer....which then she informed me from that moment forward i was terminated, and that i needed to go grab my portable HD that i had copied all of my work(psd's/coded websites/etc.) and get them removed before i exit the building. sucks i know....
