Really for transfer visa? 5K? Mine cost $3k including document prep, border crossing prep and post follow up.
6 months sounds about right. Its usually because it goes through the company process. The actual time for me to provide document to them and getting it back so I can take it to the airport took about a month. And 5 min with the immigration agent at the airport to approve.
- And greencard costed me $3k also. Start to finish. I paid for all so I dont owe my company anything. Hence I can take off after I got my GC********
