  Dont forget O visa. But you need to provide evidence that you are extra ordinary including awards won, recommendation letter from industry leaders, etc

  When you meet or talk with potential employer, saying that you are in knowledge of the process will help them. The times are tough and most employers are not willing to pay or get someone from out of country.
