Just wanted to point out that i had a Toshiba laptop that never worked. For 2 years the cd drive never worked and the computer would also shut down for no reason. Motherboard and a bunch of shit had to be replaced several times. The laptop made 8 trips to their repair depot and never worked.
It did not matter how much I asked for a brand new computer, a replacement for a defective product out of the box. They never proceded to do this replacement.
Worst costumer care/warranty.
They lied several times and all i could do was file complaints at 3 different Better Business Bureau offices.
Will never deal with Toshiba ever again in my life.

- interesting. You probably got a "lemon" I know it happens with laptops too. Some just have flaws.designbot
