  Honestly, I fucking hated this tweet thing. But as time goes on and you weed out the people that think it's interesting to tweet shit such as:

  • making a sandwich
  • just bought new shoes
  • watching Batman and eating popcorn

  ...then you realize it can become a pretty cool communication device. And seeing other people send shitty tweets makes me realize how shitty my own are at times and I try to shape up. when you direct tweet it's basically a efficient email client of sorts. It's good to follow software developers and news and shit like that too. Easily accessible via phone or computer you can get a message out to a large audience without using email lists or logging into a CMS or blog.
