An agent just called me up to ask if I was interested in working with them. I explained that I don't use agents and don't have any need to. He took a philosophical line at this news and offered platitudes such as 'each to their own' and 'whatever works for you' before concluding his philosophical musings about the rapidly changing world of agency representation by saying "...of course, these days EVERYONE has a Myspcae page don't they...".
Yes, that's right. I don't need an agent, because I have a Myspace page... that's it. On the nail. In the box. Home to roost.
