  good luck man. after about a year or so you'll ask yourself why you are at the forefront of cutting edge design (skate, surf, snow) that arguably has influence on all other industiries (fashion, music, etc) and only making 30k a year. oh and you'll be doing everything- web, print, screenprint, coding. while all the marketing kids start at 45k+
