proper nutrition is depends a lot on heredity. someone from india can not switch diets with an eskimo and be healthy. those are extremes though. most of us in the middle should try to eat "living foods" meaning uncooked fruit and vegetables. meat provides very little nutrition and is far from necessary for most of us. humans are herbivores and aren't equipped to digest meat. making large amounts of it a bad idea for most of us.
